When it comes to cleaning the #1 challenge is always the grout lines. Microscopic pores allow dirt and other contaminates to become trapped in the grout. Routine mopping is ineffective at cleaning the grout lines. The dirt continues to build up on the pores and texture of the stone and tile, leaving the tile and grout looking dark, dirty, and discolored. This dirty grout build-up also is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria, mold and mildew.

Our Cleaning System

We 1st start by inspecting the floor to identify if it is natural stone or a ceramic tile material we are working with.  It is very important to properly identify if it is natural stone because many cleaning products contain acids that can damage natural stone.  Then we start preparing the area and move some items like tables, chairs, and rugs out of the way.  Then we make sure the floor is free of any debris like sand, crumbs, or pet hair. Next we apply a safe specialized pretreatment that will start to breakdown and emulsify the ground in dirt, food and oils from the pores of the stone/tile and grout.
Then we physically agitate the cleaning solution into the grout lines to penetrate the grime buildup.
We then proceed with our powerful truck mounted steam cleaning process that uses a steady supply of clean 230 degree water under high pressure that washes out the dirt and grime and is removed under a strong negative vacuum pressure. This system dissolves and extracts the dirt out of the stone/tile and grout.

This is done by a cleaning method using dual action spinning powered jets contained under a negative pressure hood system.  This process allows us to remove years of build up from your tile and grout, and restores the look of your floor.

We can also apply a protective sealer to help protect and extend the life of your stone, tile and grout.  For natural stone we can also apply a high gloss sealer that enhances the natural colors and improves the clarity of the stone. It is an acrylic polymer finish that protects against ultra violet (UV) fading and staining.
